Le Cordon Bleu, Australia offers an intensive international program for students to gain their Bachelor degree in Restaurant Business and Management in a compressed program, over two and half years. This unique program also allows for continuing education to postgraduate studies for a Masters degree in Business Administration International Hospitality & Restaurant Business or Hotel & Resort Management or a Master of Arts in Gastronomy.

Le Cordon Bleu offers General English language courses as well as the academic English language courses "Le Cordon Bleu English Language". This course is an advanced level course designed to prepare students for entry into the Le Cordon Bleu, Bachelor of Restaurant Management. As well as being a comprehensive preparation for academic study, the course adopts a practical "hands-on" approach that requires our students to learn hospitality and restaurant specific terminology in restaurant and hospitality settings.
The course also includes discussion group activities, research and project work, and an introduction to modern hospitality and restaurant computing practices.
A special feature of the course includes:
- Applied learning where students experience real life hospitality and restaurant situations to practice the appropriate language in an industry environment;
- Special emphasis on specific vocabulary needed to study in the hospitality and restaurant disciplines; and
- Field trips to hospitality and restaurant venues.
An IELTS score of 5. 5 or TOFEL of 530 is required for entry to the Le Cordon Bleu Bachelor of Restaurant Business degree course & Professional Chef Progam in Sydney.
