minutes north of Surfers Paradise, facing onto the Broadwater Parklands. Access
to local bus and tram services is a short 5 minutes’ walk, as is the Australia
Fair Shopping Centre, with over 200 shops, and the beautiful Broadwater
Parklands, which will host the Commonwealth Games in 2018. Courses: AICOL is known for its safe, friendly,

Summer (July/August) and Winter (January/February) Camps for both individuals
and student groups. Students from 6-12 years of age are
placed in international classes according to their age. Students 13 years and
older are given a placement test on arrival and are placed in international
classes based on test results. Services Students come to AICOL to enjoy learning
English in the beautiful environment of the Gold Coast. Parents and children
may study English in the same school and enjoy the Australian lifestyle living
with an Australian homestay family. AICOL provides all the necessary
services for students, including:

Janice King

Academic
Purposes
Teacher -
has been with AICOL for more than 12 years teaching English for Academic and
Business Purposes. Janice is a highly qualified teacher. She has a postgraduate
diploma in teaching, is a Queensland registered teacher and has taught senior
level English at high schools in both New Zealand and Australia. Janice has a
postgraduate diploma in ESL and has acted in the capacity of an IELTS examiner
over a number of years. She currently teach advanced level English. She has a
Master of Arts and is presently completing completing a PhD through Deakin
