City of Windsor Canada South

Windsor is diverse and thriving. With a regional population of 360, 000 Canada's southernmost region boasts a temperate climate, a spectacular waterfront that boasts the regions longest walking path, following the Detroit River, and almost 4, 000 acres of parkland.  Sharing a border with Detroit means access to loads of international festivals, big name entertainment, shopping, and of course major league sports action.

Windsor Campus

The main campus is located in the south end of the city, just a short drive from the Windsor/Detroit border. The grounds of the campus give the feeling of a park like setting to the campus. In fact, the campus has been given the status of arboretum thanks to the more than 150 different trees which are indigenous to this region. Inside, students enjoy a large gym facility, squash courts, work-out room, and Olympic sized pool. For students who want to live close to campus, we offer a new, modern 408-bed, residence that is just a minutes walk to the College.

Thames Campus

Located 45 minutes outside of Windsor in Chatham,  the Thames Campus offers specialized training in programs from our schools of Manufacturing Technology, Community Studies, Information Technology, Applied Health and Business. Thames Campus offers an intimate setting with just over 900 students who enjoy an active student life with intramural sports, and a community arena on site.

James A. Burgess Skills Centre, Wallaceburg

Sitting just 30 minutes northwest of Chatham, Wallaceburg is home to the College's third site, the James A. Burgess Skills Centre.  The recent, award-winning $5 million expansion means the latest technology drives the post-secondary and apprenticeship programs, exposing students to current manufacturing standards and practices in the metal cutting industry.
